Order Processing

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days across Pakistan.
- Delivery times may vary for remote areas or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on orders of Rs. 1,500 or above.
- Shipping charges for orders below Rs. 1,500 are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.
